The house is in really good shape. It is, however, a little outdated and could stand some upgrades. It was priced accordingly, so we’re excited to be able to put our own personal tastes into some upgrades. Hannah will have a room big enough for a real bed AND all of her toys and we will get a family room to spread out in. Just getting the piano into a room and out of the hallway is a huge improvement!
It’s in the city of Edgewood and the neighborhood is called Edgewood Meadows. This will be our first house in a proper subdivision with city water and even sidewalks! It’s full of retirees and a few young families that keep their houses and yards looking nice. We talked to a neighbor who raved about the neighborhood. “No teenagers. No crime. Retirees walking their dogs throughout the day…”
